Who is Chatting?

This has been the big question asked by those who are interested in frequenting the chat room (see the "Chat" link in the Menu). It's kind of frustrating popping into the room, only to find out that nobody is there.
I'm trying to fix that. I've placed a "People Chatting" box on the left sidebar of the web page, and it will allow you to see (within 5 minutes) who is in there. It's not 100% accurate. If you go in, someone may have left withing 5 minutes, and if you are in there, people may not notice you on the front page for 5 minutes.
I may cut it down to two if we need a better refresh rate. But this will add a little more functionality to the site.
