CourageMan is engaging in dialog with Michael Bayly regarding an 8 year old "transgendered" boy in Colorado.
But what about loving and committed [homosexual] relationships? Where are they condemned?

Scripture also doesn't mention 4-sided triangles or male pregnancy or nonviolent boxing because everyone simply understood that these things were as oxymoronic as gay "marriage."

Short, sweet and to the point. Many homosexuals are defending marriage in the courts because state legal documents refer to marriage as between "persons", not specifically a man and a woman.

When the laws were crafted, the idea that a man would want to marry another man or a woman would want to marry another woman was as foreign as the idea that a man might want to marry his cow. There was no reason to clarify the legal terminology because everyone understood that when you say "marriage", you mean "a man and a woman".

This is not the case any more.

That is why more and more states are passing constitutional amendments to clarify the wording to bring it into line with what everyone understood when the law was written. And if you want the law changed, do it in the legislature, not the courts and not by executive order.
