"Above My Pay Grade"

I haven't mentioned the too cute by half "pay grade" crack that Barack Obama made about deciding when a baby gets human rights. To recap:
DALLAS - U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama side-stepped a pointed query about abortion on Saturday by "mega-pastor" Rick Warren during a televised forum.

Asked at what point a baby gets "human rights," Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: "... whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity ... is above my pay grade."

I really do like the "sneer quotes" that Reuters put around "mega pastor" and "human rights".

I would like to mention to Barack Obama, that he's really lucky that Abraham Lincoln didn't think that the decision of who gets human rights was "beyond his pay grade". If he had, Barack Obama might be picking cotton instead of running for President.
