Absolutely, Michael is using the quote from Psalm 91. The evidence is in the Matthean text: "throw yourself down. For it is written:" -- the "for it is written" refers to Psalm 91. Interestingly, ALL the temptations of Jesus associated with this text refer to issues Israel was "tempted" to resort to (paying homage to false gods, etc.) that Jesus (the new, perfect man) stood up to and refused while many of his contemporaries succumbed. Thanks for the reference.
